CHANGES:
Our Guaranteed Satisfaction commitment allows you to exchange your product up to 30 days after the date you received it.
You can change free of charge for the same model, or for one of equal or greater value, paying the difference. If you want a lower value product, the difference will NOT be refunded, so you must add another product to equal or exceed the balance.
The cost of shipping in case of change must be paid by the client, or it can be done directly at any point of sale owned by Atesorame.
You must make sure that the product you want to change or return is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.
To make use of this Guaranteed Satisfaction, all you have to do is present your ticket or change ticket.
No changes or returns apply to Engraved Personalized Jewelry. Neither in the case of products that have been sold at a discount due to any damage, that are purchased in that condition in stores or in the "Outlet" section of our website, the product will not be exchanged, nor will the money be refunded.
Treasure me is responsible for any logistical error in the shipment by the courier.
RETURNS:
They can only be made the first 10 days after the purchase, presenting the ticket or change ticket, with the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to send the product to our office for evaluation and subsequent refund, which will be done within a maximum period of 10 business days.
Warranty
The WARRANTY is valid for 6 months, from the moment of purchase, only presenting the exchange ticket, ticket or web order number.
Covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those due to improper use by the client: such as loss of pieces of the jewel, caused by improper use, wear caused by (chlorine, alcohol, perfumes, among others). ), due to lack of care, blows, glass cracks, stones or chain cuts .
The procedure to make the guarantee valid will be as follows and will have a maximum period of 15 business days to evaluate and eventually:
1- Repair the defective part as the first option.
2- Deliver a new part in case the repair is not feasible.
3- Deliver the credit in favor to exchange for any other product in the store, in the event that neither of the two previous options are feasible. (No refunds are made for balances)

Payment methods
